Balance is the prize found at the center of two objects, same weight, same distance, and pulling with the same force.
This means that ‘Opposites Balance’!
In other words, a new healthy practice alone is not enough to promote health of body, mind and emotions. Instead, a heathy practice with the ‘qualities’ which are inherently opposite of what is throwing you off balance; will do the job! For example, if "Fast pace" is typical for you; notice how you may feel less depleted at the end of your day, when you consciously make the effort to slow down (even if just a little) through out the day.
