Advanced Ayurvedic Herbalism and Apprenticeship
Certificate Program
Thank You for your interest in the Advanced Ayurvedic Herbalism Apprenticeship, one of our newest offerings at the California College of Ayurveda!
This new program is a wonderful opportunity to increase your herbal knowledge on the intellectual level as well as increasing your plant intuition through meditation.
Due to the hands-on and intimate nature of this program, we are limiting enrollment to just five students per level.
These students will gain intimate knowledge of the plants we study together and become proficient in the making of several herbal preparations. Advanced students will have the experience of herb cultivation and processing from start to finish. Students will learn about native herbs and identification by taking herb walks with special guest teachers.
The graduates of this apprenticeship program will be fully prepared and proficient in creating their own herbal pharmacy as a part of their clinical Ayurvedic practice. These students will have the highest herbal training offered to any CCA graduates.
I invite you to join the apprenticeship and take full advantage of the plant offerings in the CCA herb department. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like further details.
Namaste,
Amanda J. Lyon C.A.S., P.K.S.
