Complete the Application for Admission form. It is essential that you supply all requested information.
Step 2
Send the completed Application for Admission form with the application fee of $55, payable to the California College of Ayurveda, 1117A East Main Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945. The application processing fee is non-refundable.
